Requirements
Experience
36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Emergency Department experience within the past 3 years.
References
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a California license

ACLS (Required)
PALS (Required)
CEN (Preferred)
TNCC (Preferred)
NIHSS (Preferred)
Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Demonstrated ability to recognize and interpret cardiac dysrhythmias preferred.

Required Credentials:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • BLS ACLS PALS must be AHA, ARC, AAP or Military.

Preferred Credentials: Bachelors degree in nursing or related field.

Shift & Scheduling: No holiday weekend time off will be accepted.

Floating Requirements:

  • Floating between facilities may be expected between Manteca & Modesto or Riverside & Moreno Valley.
  • This position is subject to floating to units within the clinician's skill set.

You must take a 1 year break between staff and travel for ALL Kaiser facilities.
