Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Oregon license

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Will consider 48 hour GTD.

Shift or schedule requirements: Mid shifts and nights, no call

Floating Requirement: Will be asked to float as needed

Required Certifications: PALS, will take ENPC in place of PALS

Required skills and minimum years of experience: 3 years preferred, Level 2 or 1 experience required.

Care for all age ranges (peds - geriatrics)

Dress Code: Scrubs

Unit/department specific training and orientation program: Will attend nursing and hospital orientation, will provide 2 twelve hour orientation shifts on the unit with a preceptor.

RTO upon submission.
