Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
Preferred 12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 18 months.
BS completion preferred
Experience with Epic is required from last 6 months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license

Shift & Scheduling: On Call: No.

Types of Patients on Unit: Patient population will be Med/Surg, PCU, and ICU.

Floating Requirements: RN may be floated to other Stepdown and Med/Surg units in the hospital as needed but will not likely float to other critical care units.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Procedures include but not limited to: A-line, Bair Hugger System, FMS Systems, IV Insulin, IV Infusion / Endo, Stable DKA, IPAP, Non-Invasive Ventilation, Telemetry, Peripheral Cath Withdrawals, Nurse Collect Unit – No Phlebotomy

Required Credentials: Education Other Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
