Travel Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department

Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Required skills and experience: Good ER skills, time management, Organized, leader, comfortable floating between ER & MS. They have to do all their own breathing treatments and EKG'S.

Preferred skills and experience: Highly prefer first time travelers

Shift & schedule requirements: Weekends, Holidays.

• -7-7 report room for all patients and potential for Block Scheduling for nights, self-scheduling- manager to work with travelers to balance shifts, staff willing to do trades.
• Weekend Requirements: Try to do every other weekend.
• Holiday Requirements: Try to do every other holiday.
• Is there call or a standby requirement?: No not for night shift, yes for day shift.
• Call would be?: 30 minute response time.

Floating requirements: Nurses work all areas Med Surg, ER, Pediatrics, Swing Bed.

Special request requirements: Nurse can draw if they feel comfortable doing so, other wise lab draws
