Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit experience.

ADN completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Unit Details: Unit Information: West 9 Unit - 24 beds – General Surgery, Urology, Burn, and Medical

Shift & Scheduling: -Weekend requirements: every other weekend -Holiday requirement: Holiday commitment will be to work Thanksgiving and potentially one of the two following holidays; Christmas or New Years, based on the patient care needs as determined by the West 9 leadership team. Night shift holidays require working the night before the holiday and the night shift on the day of the holiday. -On call/Call Back: N/A
