Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 48 months of Operating Room experience.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Connecticut license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Circulate experience only but must have very strong Neuro, Spine, Ortho and DaVinci skills. Must be experienced in circulating and the following surgeries: ortho, spine, and neuro (checklist should indicate performs Independently).

Special Requests: No RTO, especially no holiday RTO - No RTO strong preference

Shift & Scheduling: Days Rotating shifts: 7am, 9:30am, 11am, 1pm start time based on need / weekends / call / holidays. On call is at least 1 weekend per month.

Floating Requirements: Client may float or reassign Personnel to a different department, unit, or facility (within 30 miles of the Personnel’s originally assigned facility) within the Personnel’s clinical competence.
