Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.

BSN completion preferred

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Critical Care - Required

Start Date: Ability to start ASAP! This assignment allows expedited credentialing or pending credentials so you can start in under 3 weeks.

Once your initial RTO requested is accepted, no further negotiations of terms will occur before your start date.

Being ready and willing to quickly be credentialed by our team is a must.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekends and Holidays as Needed

On-Call Requirement: None

Block scheduling will not be considered for this need.

Floating: Will float to PCU as needed

Required Skills / Experience: Willingness to float

Vent, ICP Monitoring and Hemodynamic Monitoring

Unit Details: 20 beds

Special Requirements: Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. RTO requests after upload will not be considered.

Extensions that are requested to end in November or before the holiday starts in December will not be considered for an extension at the beginning of 2026

Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement
