Requirements

Experience

12 months of acute care experience.

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Progressive Care Unit experience.

ADN completion required

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New Mexico license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Cardiology or IMC experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: 2 years IMC or Cardiology experience

Required Credentials: Required Education: Associate Nursing or higher

**Unit/Facility Details:**RN - Cardiology/PCU

Shift & Scheduling: • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 per Week or 48 per week (3 -12’s or 4-12’s) depending on agreed contract. • Weekend Hours: Varies – Two week Pay period that starts on every other Monday and ends on Sunday shift.

Floating Requirements: Normal floating will be to PCU, Medical, Surgical, Nephrology.
