Required Credentials: Driver's license & utility bill must be included with submission. Absolutely no license hits. If submitted with a license hit, candidate will immediately be rejected. ID: Current and valid DL or State issued ID required.

Shift & Scheduling: On call: 3-4 shifts per week with a 30 minute response time.

Floating Requirements: All candidates must be willing to float to other areas – even if that is another Integris facility, up to 75 miles. Do not sub unless the traveler is aware and willing to float.
