Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license

NIHSS (Required)

Vaccinations

Every other weekend.

Experience with seizure.

Work Experience (Basic): 2 years of acute care RN experience.

Education (Required): Diploma or Associate Education.

Certification (Required): Registered Nurse Certification

Required Skills: • IV insertion • Blood draws • PICC/Central Line management: • CPAP/BiPAP.

Facility: Brownsboro Unit Name/Type of unit: EMU/ seizure monitoring unit.

Does RN need to know how to read tele strips? Yes.
