Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of PCU Float Pool experience.

ASN completion required

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty.

Shift & Scheduling: Rotating 7a-7p and 7p-7a (every other weekend) and holiday rotation

Floating Requirements: Will Float to Med Surge/ Tele unit at times

Required Skills/Experience: PCU, Med/Surg, experience titrating pressors, managing vasoactive drips, managing patients on High Flow and bipap and telemetry experience required; 3-5 years of Relevant experience inpatient experience (2 yrs must be PCU, MS/Tele in Trauma Level 1 Facility)

Required Credentials: Tele test will be administered on first day and it will be pass/fail. Fail could result in assignment termination.

Previous Employment Requirements: Cannot have worked perm/travel/PRN for any Beth Israel facility within the past six months.
