Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Additional Details:
Required skills and experience: LTC or SNF Experience
Shift & schedule requirements: Monday to Friday. Times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with DOR. We do ask the therapists start time is before 6AM and no later than 10AM. No weekends unless a holiday falls within M-F, then they can make the hours up on the weekend.
