Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit experience is preferred with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Sunrise is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license

Additional Details:

CVICU/PCU

Scrub color: Royal Blue

Float to: all units within clinical scope and of the Ascension hospital if need arises.

Cardiac

Preferred Skills/Experience: Critical Care or Open Heart Receiver

Weekends: 2 weekends every 4 weeks

All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.

No Block Scheduling.

Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
