Requirements
Experience
18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Emergency Department experience with 1 months within the past 12 months.
Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license

PALS (Required)
TNCC (Required)
Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Level 1 Trauma- Emergency room nursing

Required Credentials: BCR (Basic Cardiac Rythm) required - meaning traveler will be required to pass an EKG competency exam as part of Compliance

Preferred Credentials: National certification- Emergency nursing - preferred but not required

Unit/Facility Details: Have free parking around campus or can pay to park in parking decks

Special Requests: RTO Requests: Manager approval

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Rotation: 6 shifts on a 6 week schedule (6 out of 12 shifts) Holiday Requirements: work one shift of each major holiday (Thanksgiving Day or day after + 12/24 or 12/25 + 12/31 or 1/1 Schedule cycle: every 6 weeks
