Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Rhode Island license or compact license

BLS (Required)
ACLS (Required)
Vaccinations
Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Shift & Scheduling:
• Start Date: 1/5; 1/18; 2/2
• 36 or 48 hours per week
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• No on call.
Floating Requirements: As needed within Skillset, assigned to a primary unit, but will be floated as census dictates (F reviews every 4 hrs)
