Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Unit/Facility Details: The majority of the patient load is outpatient based, from newborn age up to hospice setting and every diagnosis possible. Our department does provide the therapy services for our Acute Care and Swing bed program, so that will also be required but it's not the majority of our patient load. We do treat a lot of pediatrics as well, so that will be a high priority need for experience.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday through Friday.
