Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 9 months of Occupational Therapy experience within the past 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

Shift & Scheduling: · Shift for the Traveler --- 7 on/7 off. Shifts start Wed morning at 7 am. They are 10-hour shifts, 7 days in a row ending Tuesday at 5:30. Then only 6 hours will need to be worked some time when it is needed between Wed-Sat to make up for the guaranteed 36 hours/pay period. -Every other weekend is required

Equipment Used on Unit: – BITS Unit, Dynavision, 2 different computer gaming systems, Treadmill, Biodex Un-Weighting system, Bioness UE & LE functional e-stim, UBE.

Required Skills/Experience: ADL training ability & engagement

Preferred Skills/Experience: Acute Rehab experience preferred and Neuro experience preferred

Floating Requirements: Acute hospital floors
