Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: High acuity experience: labor management and delivery of high risk OB patients, ability to triage OB patients, circulate in OR, cervical checks, reading/interpreting fetal monitoring strips; second set of hands (receive and recover normal newborn as needed).
Preferred Skills/Experience: 5+ years L&D experience
Required Credentials: If you have a multistate license, you will be required to complete a 1-time 6-hour suicide prevention training according to WA state regulations.
Shift & Scheduling:
• Weekend rotation: Every other, but can be variable based on need
• No mandatory call requirements. May pick up available open shifts as needs arise
• With holiday expectations, fair and equitable.
Floating Requirements: Antepartum (within L & D) , postpartum (4th floor) (occasionally), additional assignments within scope and experience.
