Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

24 months of Operating Room experience is required.

Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months

Experience with Altera Digital Health a Harris Company is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Preferred)

NIHSS (Preferred)

TNCC (Preferred)

CNOR (Preferred)

Shift & Scheduling: Must be able to work Tuesday, Thursday, Friday plus late days and call

Craniotomy and burr hole experience

Preferred Skills / Experience: Previous Charge Experience

Endo/Advanced GI procedure exp

Patient Population: Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics

Others: Pre-Approved Time Off: 1 Request

Orientation: 40 Hours

Special Requirements: Must start 9/15 (may consider 9/29 if strong skill set)

Previous Employment Requirement: Previous perm staff must be gone 1 year in order to return as a traveler
