12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 24 months.

License

Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Preferred)

Must have been continuously working in this speciality for the past 24 months, with no breaks in employment over 30 consecutive days.

Unit details:

The Fifth Floor Gastrointestinal (GI)/COVID Medical/Surgical Unit at Northside Hospital Forsyth (NSF) is a thirty-four-bed unit, which has the capability of providing care to adolescents, adults, as well as a geriatric population. The unit is comprised of all acute care private rooms with telemetry capability.

Shift and scheduling:

Northside Holiday Expectations: must work 2 major Holidays of the 3:Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day New Year’s Day AND 1 Minor Holiday: Day after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve New Year’s Eve
