Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Holidays: Work into perm staff rotation for all modalities

Floor specific orientation: 8 hours of orientation for all modalities

Common diagnosis / Types of patients: PT - cardiac, stroke (facility is stroke certified), ortho, ICU, neuro, medsurg primarily, they have a pediatrics ward that is low volume case load, also neonatal ICU, travelers not required to work NICU and are not required to have exp with NICU or pediatrics.

Additional Notes: Staff for PT is covered 7 days a week. PT has team leader when manager is not there.

Must have at least 1 year of acute care hospital experience.

Scrub Color: polo style shirt or a button down long sleeve (burgundy in color) that is provided through vendor through hospital staff if wanted, dark (solid) pants, no scrubs allowed.
