Additional Details:

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 – must be indicated on submission form

Weekend Hours: As required by facility.

All contingency requests must be on the submission form

Call Requirements: None

Must have 4 trauma credits OR must have them completed within the first two weeks from start,

Float Requirements: will float on a rotational basis.

Patient Ratios: varies. Nights 1:6-1:8 (estimates, not guarantees)

Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year Tele, inpatient only.

Preferred Skillset/Experience: Trauma, inpatient only

Type of Patients on Unit: Cardiac/Med Surg
