48 hours per week
Weekend rotation: Every other
Holiday Expectations: No RTO during holidays
Approval of time off: Up to 7 days – must extend to accommodate a full 13-week contract. No RTO during Sturgis Bike Rally (first 3 weeks in August every year)
Float: Not common unless overstaffed. Could float to any adult floor – including Medsurg/Tele with 1:4 ratio. Confirm traveler comfortability during interview

Experience with the above-mentioned patients If traveler has experience outside of this specialty – please include this is your offer details: ICU RN qualified to float to ED and PCU RN qualified to float to ICU
Experience with IV medications (vasopressors, sedation, paralytics), hemodynamic lines, proning, ventilator management, telemetry, strong critical thinking and assessment skills, working well in team setting, comfortable in fast pace setting with all critical patients.
Impella, IABP and CRRT – strongly preferred
Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing; Registered Nurse (RN) - South Dakota Board of Nursing
2 years of ICU experience EXCLUDING travel experience is most preferred. If they have 1.5 years of ICU experience EXCLUDING travel and have significant RN experience outside of ICU, please have CRT send to management team for approval
