Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license

Driver's License/Government Issued ID and Social Security Card is required to apply.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday, Holiday yes regular shift

Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 1 year Medical/Surgical, Must possess extremely strong critical care nursing skills.

Wound Vac’s; Wound Care; IV Management; Assess and Teach disease process ie CHF; COPD etc; Catheter insertion and care; PICC line dressing changes.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Home Health, and ICU experience

Required Credentials:

GADL - Georgia Driver's License or VSDL - Valid State Driver's License

PVI - Private Vehicle insurance
