Unit/Facility Details: Expected to cover assignments at either Bridgeport or Milford RT campuses o ICU care—Inclusive of Medical ICU, Surgical ICU, Burn ICU, Progressive Care Unit, Newborn ICU, Pediatrics. o Emergency Room Coverage. o Med-Surge floor assignments. o Rapid Respond Coverage. o Charge assignment.
Special Requests:
o No Block Schedule or self-scheduling.
o Pre-approved RTO prior to the start of contract will be honored. Amendment to RTO after the start of contract may or may not be granted.
Shift & Scheduling: • Schedule Expectations: o RT Leadership reserve all rights to scheduling matrix and model to meet operational obligations. o Staff RT reserve first priority to schedule matrix. o Every other weekend assignment is required. o Flexibility is expected to rotate opposite shift if required. o Holiday coverage expected based on operational needs. o Contract will be extended due to unforeseen circumstances that contracted party is out due to illness/urgent-emergent absences
Floating Requirements: Float to Milford Campus.
