Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 12 months.

ADN completion required

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Preferred Skills / Experience: Prior critical access/ Rural experience

Required Credentials: Education: Associate's Degree or Certificate

Special Requests: An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Shift & Scheduling: Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours

Floating Requirement: To alike units within skillset.

Float to other Aspirus locations with 40 mile radius: Tomahawk, Howard Young, and Eagle River. Floating can and will be pre-scheduled if needed.
