Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license

Certifications

IV Therapy Certification (Required)

BLS (Required)

Proof of Identification

Driver's license required

Additional Details:

Previous Employment Requirements: Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bedside Shift Report, Hourly Safety Rounding, Personal Connections.

• Med Surg Acute Care

Required Credentials:

• LPN/LVN Medical Surgical Skills Self-Assessment

• LPN/LVN Assessment

• Pharmacology: LPN/LVN Assessment

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: CBI, Wound Care, drain mgt (chest tubes, Jackson pratt, etc.), foley insertion, central line dressing changes, telemetry monitoring, ekgs PRN.

Equipment Used on Unit: Telemetry

Unit/Facility Details:

• 36 Beds

• Patient Ratios : 1/6, occasional 1/7 with surge.

Special Requests: Tuesday starts only. Must be able to start within 4-5 weeks to apply.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and rotating holidays.
