Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 36 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years.

BSN completion preferred

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Alaska license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Hospice/Home Health

Required Skills/Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of current experience in a comparable patient care setting.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Hospice experience.

Unit/Facility Details: Current auto liability insurance and reliable transportation is required at time of hire.

Shift & Scheduling: Call is required.

Floating Requirements: Will mostly be Home Health with floating to hospice.
