Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Required Skills/Experience: Are RNs required to titrate drips: Yes.
Required Credentials: Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. Open Book exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated.
Special Requests: Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
Shift & Scheduling: Manager will complete schedule. Weekend Requirements: Every other. Holiday Requirements: Yes - if there is a need.
Floating Requirements: We don't float unless it was critical staffing which is very rare and then floating would only be to sit or do task.
