Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience within the past 3 years.

BSN completion required

1 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required from any number of months

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New York license

C-EFM (Required)

Additional Details:

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

For units that auto offer : A maximum of 5 days RTO and no holidays will be approved automatically. RTO over 5 days and holiday requests will have to be reviewed by the facility, which will delay the process.

Required Skills/Experience:

• High Risk Labor and Delivery experience required.

• Travel Experience ---or--- local NYC experience

• Cornell requires experience at a large academic setting (teaching hospital)

Required Credentials: Perinatal Quality Foundation (PQF)- quick

Special Requests: NYP doesn’t accept EFM from AWHONN.

Shift & Scheduling:

• 4-4-4-4 Cornell does not allow 3 shifts per week - no exceptions

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
