Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Progressive Care Unit experience within the past 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Flu vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Med Surg/Telemetry / Progressive Care Unit

Required Skills/Experience: Charge experience

2+ years of current med surg/tele experience

PCU experience strongly required

Drip experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: ICU experience

3+ years travel experience

Small critical access facility experience

Required Credentials: Driver's License

Special Requests: Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need

Shift & Scheduling: Every Other Weekend/Holiday Coverage as Required

On Call Requirements: To be discussed

Floating Requirements: Traveler must be willing to float to any inpatient unit within their scope of practice
