Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

High School completion required

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience: Current inpatient acute hospital experience 1 year required

Required Credentials: Must be able to pass EKG test prior to starting within 3 days of an accepted offer

Unit/Facility Details: During Flu Season any traveler that declines to be flu and covid vaccinated will be required to wear a mask at all times. There is no exception to this Aspirus policy. Failure to adhere to the policy will result in corrective action.

Shift & Scheduling:

0545-1815 or 1745-0615
Weekend coverage: 3/6 weekends and holiday rotation
On Call/Call Back Requirements: None

Floating Requirements: Potential to float to Aspirus Wausau (30 minutes apart)
