Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license

Certifications

ACLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Types of procedures required. Circulate CV cases in OR.

Required Skills/Experience: CV experience

This RN will circulate rooms independently. Off-site call is required. They will not be required to work alone when on call- there will be other OR staff in house to support.

Floating Requirements: Will assist in cases for other specialties they have experience with as needed when CV cases are not scheduled.

M note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health. If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.
