Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Long Term Care experience within the past 3 years.
Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wyoming license or compact license

BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Required Skills/Experience: 2+ years of Clinic experience; Requires 2 years of MedSurg and Geriatric experience.
Unit and facility details: Must be willing to work all neighborhoods to meet the staffing needs of the facility.
Shift & Scheduling: All shifts and weekends are required, shift is based on facility need.
