Guaranteed Hours 36 hours per week.
Experience or 'Must have' skills "Must Have: 2 years of L&D experience and some postpartum experience.
Must be comfortable working in both L&D and Postpartum.
Must have the ability to work with high risk patients.
Must be able to circulate in c-sections.
Will not accept travelers with only Critical Access Hospital experience.
Prefer someone who has worked in a similar size L&D and PP/MB dept.
Prefer Insulin gtt experience, but willing to train on this.
RNs are not expected to read and interpret their own tele strips, but should be able to identify a rhythm change, basic rhythms, and life threatening rhythms.
Travelers are asked to stay flexible and help fill gaps in permanent scheduling."

Holiday Requirements May be asked to go in the Holiday Rotation.
Is there a call or standby requirement? May be called off, if needed.
Floating Requirements? L&D and PP/MB are primary units. Can be floated throughout the hospital for sitter shifts when necessary. Travelers are typically the first to float for sitter shifts.
Scrub Color/Dress code "RNs: Navy Blue Scrubs.
Additional Notes "Will be asked to freely float between L&D and PP/MB depending on staffing and census.
Level 3 NICU that supports 30+ wks.
Resource Nurse- does not take a patient assignment unless absolutely necessary, will assist with triage, caring for baby at deliveries, assisting staff, and more.
