Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

6 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Surgical Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 12 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Maryland license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: At least 2 previous travel assignments. Strong Surgical ICU experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Trauma course.

Types of Patients on Unit: ICU patients and post-surgical patients- including Surgical ENT, GI Surgery, Trauma, Ortho/Neuro Spine procedures and General Surgery. Patient population: trauma, transplant, vascular, GI, Ortho-spine, oncology.

Unit Details: 20-bed adult Surgical ICU. The unit has a diverse patient population receiving various types of surgeries, including Surgical ENT, GI Surgery, Trauma, Ortho/Neuro Spine procedures and General Surgery.

Floating Requirements: Float as needed to area of like skill set.
