Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
10 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License

Additional Details:
Shift: 8-5 Monday-Friday
This position is 80% outpatient with about 20 % LTC and Skilled Swing. Therapist must be able to treat most patient needs.
