Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Physical Therapy experience.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Inpatient Physical Therapist

Unit/Facility Details: Clinician would be expected to work in a fast paced environment at a level 2 trauma center with neurological, orthopedic, cardiovascular, and oncological conditions as well as general medical.

All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.

Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.

Special Requests: No Block Scheduling.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday

Minimum of 2 weekend days per month, and more opportunities are available if interested.
