Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

6 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license

Required Skills/Experience: Circulating experience, High Risk experience, Experience within previous year at larger high volume delivery centers -- 200-300 deliveries/month, High acuity experience

Weekend Requirements: Every other including holiday rotation

On Call Requirements: None, but an extra shift is scheduled in lieu of On Call

Floating Requirements: The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Must be comfortable to float to post-partum 1-2 shifts a week.
