Travel Nurse (RN) - Case Management

RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Weekend Requirements: rotating weekend coverage is expected

2-year acute medical Care Manager experience performing both roles of Care Coordination and Utilization Review and discharge planning, and Interqual, (MCG in NorCal)

Acute care hard stop- must have-MS, MS/tele and ICU and some ER.

Case Management Experience in California is required.

Community Hospital Experience required.

Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics

Provide interview availability.

RTO:

-Aya Offer: > 7 days RTO

-Client offer: < 7 days RTO

-Anything more will potentially delay your offer while we run approval by the client. To minimize turn around please limit total RTO requests

Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD)

BLS: Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation only.
