Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Home Health experience is required from the last 3 years.

Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months.

Experience with Oasis is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Driver's license required

Additional Details:

Nursing Positions Only: If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

We have them work 1 weekend a month, with a day off before and after the weekend, otherwise M-F.

Territory: Spokane county, and possible lower Stevens County.

We ask that they assist with on call 5 PM - 8 AM, 2 shifts a month if possible. They would be assigned to a geographic team, and work with a manager and an interdisciplinary team.
