Patient Ratios – CM 1:25 on floors and 1:20 in UC units, SW 1:30 for ICU and 1:40 for floors
EMR – reviews in meditech and documents in midas, uses careport platform for referral process
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Hospital and or case management experience
Preferred or nice to have: Midas, interqual, meditech, experience in acute hospital case management
Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees.
