24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Will be required to take call, which is typically every other weekend. Call may vary depending on the needs of the department.

Will be conducting adult and pediatric cardiac studies in an inpatient and outpatient setting. Pediatrics will be 25% of the volume of studies; Sonographer will be scheduled for 7 studies in an 8 hour shift. There will not be any fetal heart monitoring.

Equipment: Philips Epiq 7

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Cardiac Sonographer, with a minimum of 6 months experience with Pediatric studies.

Requirements: RDCS issued by American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, RCS issued by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), or RCCS issued by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) are required

Scrubs: Any color of professional scrubs. No other facility logos are permitted.
