Travel Nurse (RN) - Telemetry Unit

Previous Employment Requirements:

• Cannot be perm or per diem at another commonspirit within the past 12 months.

• Cannot have 2nd job - must prioritize travel assignment schedule.

Types of Patients on Unit: Stroke certified so post CVA, r/o CHF, respiratory failure, DM, HTN, non titating drips but will see cardizem etc, titrate heparin only, no insulin drips, post ops, some post cardiac caths, post PCI patients (travelers not assigned cath/PCI patients)

Unit/Facility Details:

• No. of beds: 34

• Orientation: If candidate have Cerner experience, they get 2. If no Cerner, they get 3.

Special Requests:

• Will not accommodate block or set scheduling

• High Acuity Tele, not MS tele candidates needed

Shift & Scheduling:

• Shifts: 7a, 7p

• Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends every 4 weeks

• Holidays: Same as core staff--work one major, two minors

• Call: None

Floating Requirements: Med surg--travelers float first
