Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Occupational Therapy experience.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a license

BLS (Required)

Required Skills and Experience: Must have 2 years of Acute Care OT experience
Preferred Skills and Experience: ICU OT experience preference
Shift & Scheduling Requirements: Days shift (0830 or 0900 start) with one weekend every 4 weeks.
