Additional Details:

No travel pairs or trios.

No scheduling requests (weekends only, block scheduling, etc)

No background hits.

Clinicians cannot be local (have a permanent address in the state of AZ).

Seeking RRT with recent Vascular Access experience in an acute setting.

Must have 2 years of recent RRT experience as well as VAT experience.

4x9 hour shifts, variable days with 2 weekends scheduled per 4-week period, no call.
