Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: Accessing/managing ports, blood product administration, central line blood draw, peripheral line care/management, PICC line management, starting and maintaining IVs, CPAP/BiPAP, high flow nasal cannula (HFNC), nasal cannula, non-invasive airway management, oral suctioning, oxygen administration, oxygen tanks, tracheostomy care/management, colostomy care and management, feeding tube care and management, heparin, insulin, PCA, telemetry remote monitoring, use of rapid response/code teams, isolation precautions, wound care/wound vac, med/surg, pre/post hemodialysis management, renal failure.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Previous Charge Experience
• Teaching Hospital Experience
• Phlebotomy, chest tubes (Emerson/PleurEvac), interpretation of arterial blood gases (ABGs), pre/post thoracic surgery, CVA (cerebrovascular accident), pre/post neurosurgery, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, interpretation of dysrhythmias, management of dysrhythmias, telemetry on-unit monitoring, IV insulin protocols, MS/tele, telemetry, ortho trauma, peripheral nerve block catheters, total joint replacement, surgical drains, CBI’s.

Unit/Facility Details: Parking Cost: parking permit required, no cost. Will fill out form during orientation

Shift & Scheduling:

• 4x12 or 3x12
• Will work every other weekend.
