Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Preferred 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: Interventional Radiology experience. 1+ Years of experience in Electrophysiology. Cardiac Rhythm Interpretation. Knowledge & operation of intraaortic balloon pump.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: This position cares for patients before, during, and after angiography, interventional, angiographic cardiac catheterization procedures, and other diagnostic testing and procedures. This includes pre-procedure assessment, pre-medication, documentation of cath process, post-cath care, and patient education. Scrubs in for procedures and assists other members of the cardiac catheterization laboratory.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements: For Call Only. On Call Requirements: 10 days of call per month (call includes IR/Vascular and STEMI). All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer)
