𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 & 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: Weekend Hours: As required by facility / Call Requirements: None

𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝘀: Days 1:5-1:6, nights 1:6-1:8 (estimates, not guarantees)

𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀: All contingency requests must be on the submission form / • Blocked Scheduling (no specific days) may be approved based on facility requirements - must be listed on submission form

• RTO must be made up on the back end. RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment.

• Holiday RTO – can request only 1 per assignment

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀/𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 1 year Cardiac Tele, inpatient only; Experience and competence in drug titration.

𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: will float on a rotational basis
