36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 36 months of Management experience.
Pharm.D completion required

Required Skills/Experience:
- Need hospital experience.
- 1-year residency.
Required Credentials: BS or Doctoral degree.
Unit/Facility Details:
- The facility has a tardy policy: If clinicians are more than 15 minutes late, the facility has the option to no longer use their services.
- Prefers local to the area so they can convert to FT if possible.
Special Requests: No RTO or special requests.
